4. Develop a network of partners

Your success is dependent upon the network of people to help you build and maintain your business (e.g., people who buy, sell, process, retail your product or service in your community or other communities),
  1. Who is your network - Use the network exercise to identify people who you will have to interact with to buy, handle and deliver your product or service. Consider people both in and out of your local community.
  2. Use your ten customer questions on your network to ensure that your product or service will be successful.
